DOUBLJU Womens Long Sleeve Henley Neck Basic Hoodie Dress

I’m tall 5’10” and this goes to mid thigh. Doublju used to use different fabric and they had a huge selection of tunic dresses in the past. Now it seems the brand is just blazers and sweaters. This fabric is stretchy and I wear XXL in this brand because in normal brands I’m a Large to XL. I wish they had more tunics and I don’t know what happened to this brand.

I just wanted a modest hooded dress, but everything in this style on Amazon would make me feel like a frumpy sack of potatoes. So I dared to chose a much larger size despite my actual size. I wear size 4 in most dresses, 36-27-37, 5'7. Curves and bony arms. I chose an extra large. XL turned out alright but I could possibly go a little bigger because it shows the stuff I neglect just a bit. However, the problem here is the sleeves, they are, of course, just a little loose. I could sew them tighter but it's acceptable. The fabric could be just a little better. I first wore this on a long, strenuous walk in a forest and with a messenger bag. The friction caused some piling. Otherwise, the thinness was decent for a walk in the cold that heated up with excercise. It served me alright for a couple of months, so I'll give it a 4. But could be better for more people with non-bodycon sizing and better fabric.

I was considering sending it back but I think I'll keep it for when I wanna feel extra sexy. I normally wear a small in dresses but this thang feels like it was painted on. 😅😂 Which the hubby likes but makes me self conscious of my mommy belly. 🙃 I strongly suggest ordering up... I also got a large (because it was cheaper than the medium) in black and I like how it fits better... Still looks sexy, but it makes the bust area too baggy for me. Specifically under my pits. I'll be getting a medium in the near future just for fun.

The dress was perfect besides being a bit too short. I’m afraid to bend over.

Very cute dress. Can be worn with leggings or boots and is not too heavy. I'm 5'5", 135 lbs, 36C and the medium fit perfectly.

I like the fit and the material . Any but flattering. I wear a medium size in this dress.

I fluctuate between 205lb-215lbs. 38F breast. 45” and 1/2” hip measurement. 40” around my belly. 38” high waist measurement. 48” low waist measurement. I am a size 16 jean. I am 5”5 tall. I bought this in a size 2x and it fitted well. I had to push up the sleeves as the sleeves were way too baggy on me. The dress does keep riding up as I walk and sit down but the dress comes to my knees when standing still; therefore the dress only rises to my mid thigh when I walk (which is fine). I did notice certain colors fit somewhat differently but not too much of a difference that I need to order this dress in a different size. The white dress is a bit tighter on me but I still wear a 2x in it. The heather gray color fits a bit looser but again I still fit the gray in a 2x.

This was my second purchase from this company. I really loved the length and material of the first dress I bought from them ( Doublju Womens Lightweight Knit Henley Neck Mini Dress) So I went ahead and got this one because of the hood. I am 5'6 and 225lbs and I ordered XL in both. The first dress I got fit perfectly and this one was a little oddly shaped. First, I didn't realize that the material was RIBBED. That's not that big of a deal but I would have liked to know that before purchasing it. Second the arms are tight on me and give me a sort of bat wing when I hold my arms up. It's not super noticeable but it makes the dress not as comfy as I know this brand can be. I will say that I have unusually large arms so this might not be a problem for thick girls with just slightly chubby arms. The dress is short but I like it that way and the hood is really nice and big. It covers my full head and doesn't pull up on the dress. If it weren't for those darn tight arms then this would be perfect. I'm keeping the dress anyway because I think it is super cute.
