Using this, masks sit more tightly against my face (which is good, and why I bought the item), but despite this increased tightness, it's actually it's more comfortable than using the existing ear loops on the mask - now, my ears don't stick out, and it relieves pressure/discomfort from around the ears.I paid £3 for the item including delivery (prime); I have noticed that since then, the price has steadily increased. Personally I wouldn't pay more than what I did, but I am happy with the item.There are 2 straps included and one has a fixed position, the other 2 positions for different levels of tightness. I am an adult with a small head and found I don't need the tighter of the two settings. So I imagine the tighter setting would be suitable for a child.

I cant seem to keep it attached to the first side as I put the mask on to other side,also once I do finally get it on it just pings back off? Absolutely no point in using it at all, very uncomfortable, feel like I'm choking on the mask it pulls it so tightly to my face.

With so many masks available you'd think finding a comfortable one that fits properly would be easy. And very annoying why have they all become ones that go around the ears - I much prefer the 2 loops that go over your head but despite being able to get that type at onset of covid I cannot find any now. These rubber extenders are the best solution for now - I can wear my mask without having to constantly readjust as the mask stretches due to heat & head movements. My masks now sit snuggly to my face without any irritating gaps thus offering better protection & peace of mind. For the money well worth it. First I paid £2.99 & was a little perturbed that the price had risen 3 days later to £4.99 but with available reward was able to get for £2.50. If you're struggling with ill fitting masks I'd say these r worth a punt.

I tried to use these a few times, but their flexibility, whilst likely comfortable to those who have been able to use them, does make them more challenging to fit. I've since given up with these and am looking to pass them to someone else where they might work.** Pros **- None** Cons **- So flexible, they fold up too easily when any pressure is applied to them- The 'hooks' don't retain the mask all that well- Only had any kind of success with someone else helping to fit the mask, which defeated the purpose of having these for me (shop visits and the like)Overall, purchased to help reduce ear pain, but they've only been a pain to fit and I've since stopped trying.

I wanted these to work as all facemasks seem to pull my flimsy ears forward... but these just don’t work well. The problem is when you attach them to the ear loops on a face mask, they simply fall off before you can even get the mask around your head. The part that attaches to the ear loop is not well designed and just not tight enough to stay attached to the ear loop.... which it needs to do to work!

Bought these for my oldest daughter as she had to venture out in the new normal world to the opticans and was glad she got this set of Ear Grips Hooks as the face masks she got are the loose side, with these hooks she could stretch back the mask ear hook on to the hook.After that my daughter placed ear hook buckle on the back of her neck making the mask sung and secure. As it is a set one Ear hook buckle has two hook points one so the user can adjust to suit while the other has one set of hooks.My daughter happy with the item so Five stars on her behalf!

As someone who wears glasses and an earpiece at work, I needed something to make it easier on the ears when wearing a mask..also, i have quite a small head so masks don't sit on my ears properly, this is a fantastic item.. really helpful. You don't realise it's there so it doesn't put pressure onto your head, it doesn't stretch out so won't break. Very easy to use. You're putting on behind your head so needs to easy.. and these are. Like a silicone rubber..Fits the purpose..Highly recommended.
