Gold Tip Hunter XT Arrows with 2-Inch Raptor Vanes (1-Dozen), Color May Vary

I recently bought a new bow that I went from fingers to a mechanical release. I am an old timer used to shooting aluminum arrows. Trying to get up with the times tested my aluminum arrows with carbon aluminum and the gold tip carbon. Easton makes the aluminum that I have used forever. Durability the aluminum and gold tip carbon are about the same. I thought the aluminum carbon was to brittle. Penetration the gold tip is better. I am sure when I make my hunting trip in Europe with my bow I’ll take the Gold Tip.

​I’ve been shooting these for a while now and they’ve become my go-to "do-it-all" arrow. ​The durability on these is honestly insane. I’ve taken several deer with the same exact arrow—just cleaned it up, checked it over, and put it back in the quiver. ​To give you an idea of the accuracy: I practice out to 100+ yards regularly, and these fly incredibly true. I even took a groundhog at 75 yards with one. If an arrow can stay consistent enough to hit a small target like that at that distance, I trust it for any ethical hunt. ​They aren't the most expensive arrows on the shelf, but they are the ideal "middle ground" for a hunter who wants something virtually indestructible without overpaying for a name. If you're tired of breaking arrows every time you hunt or practice long-range, these are the ones to get.

Great reliable arrow. I'll continue to get these. They remain true after many trainning cycles. They are flexible but not to flexible. I use a 70lb compound bow and these arrows pair quite well with it. I've made 50 yard shots and these arrows remain reliable and accurate.

I've bought more than my fare share of arrows. Always come back to Gold Tip. These hunter XT's are workhorses. Built tough like nails and fly like dart. Tune your bow and these will hit where you point. Great arrows.

I’ve had a few full pass throughs through a matress (which is a small part of my backstop), and it didn’t mess up the fletching. They’re super tough. I’ve shot them alot the last few weeks and I do it every morning and night and I’m still using my first two arrows (I keep the other 10 new). I frequently flex them to inspect for cracks and am yet to find any. I’m shooting the 300 spine with 70 lbs, 28.5” Draw, 315 IBO, and 100GR field tips. They are cheaper than cheap arrows in the long run because they last.
