Tandy Leather Line 24 Snaps, 10-Pack, 1263-01, Antique Brass

Replaced a missing snap on my leather vest using these snaps and the Tandy installation kit. Excellent results & a perfect match. Highly recommended!

WORK PERFECT NO PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER WITH THE SNAPS !!!

I used one snap to repair a 45-year old leather knife sheath. I bought the sheath at the LL Bean store in Freeport, Maine in 1979. It holds a Victorinox Champion I bought in 1962, so there are a lot of memories here. I took the sheath to a local leather shop and they wanted $25 to replace the snap. Granted, they would have done a better job, but these antique brass snaps matched perfectly. I now have 23 snaps to deal with, but buying these was still a bargain. These snaps are exceptional quality, sturdy and well made. Just what I would have expected from Tandy Leather.

Used for leather belt for cosplay costume. Had to really smash the male piece pretty tight to make it hold together in leather I used.

Solid designs and construction. These snaps go on cleanly and stay on strong. You just need a fabric/leather hole punch to accomodate the stem parts of the snaps and a generic snap/rivet anvil and driver to secure it using a hammer. The antique brass finish looks great. It has a matte and vintage look and feel. The snaps work easily and crisply with a good textural feel that offers a nice click when they snap together.

had trouble with the stainless steel snaps because of the thickness of the leather. so I ordered these. and finished my leather wrist bands in no time. these work great for me. ( CatSnipeCosta )

No instructions, no setting tools and the when It try using the setting tool I already have, it bends the bas rather than the post. Waste of money
