CAPTAIN FAWCETT Maharajah Beard Oil 10 ml (Pack of 1)

Nice beard oil, the bottle and dropper are glass and well made, but most importantly the fragrance is very nice, might want to go easy on the application as I found it a little overpowering but used more sparingly, it’s fine and the smell lasts most of the day.

Bought this on a whim as I like some of their other scents (mainly the whisky one) and listen to my fair share of Dream Theatre. Thought it’s be a bother booze inspired scent but boy was I wrong. It has a really nice popcorn scent that’s sweet but not sickly sweet. Has become my new favourite in the product line. I only bought the smaller bottle but will be getting the big version once I’ve run out.

I am a big fan of Captain Fawcett products, especially the moustache wax, but have recently being looking at the other products such as beard oil, cologne and balms. The Maharaja is a wonderful fragrance and have the wax and cologne so getting the oil was really the next step. Whilst it is a very nice scent, it doesn’t last long which is why it’s 4* and not 5*….

I have loved captain fawcetts products for a number of years and being a John petrucci fan I thought might as well give this one a go. I have never been disappointed and have been using this one for a good few months. This order was due to running out before Christmas and found it on Amazon and delivery was perfect

Expensive but a great scent and it feels like you're getting better quality for your money. I don't use it every day, I use a cheaper oil and save this one almost as a treat.

Don't know if it does my beard any good but smells nice.

I know that beauty and smell’s are in the eye of the beholder, but this stuff redefines ‘minging’. The only way I can describe it is ‘old ladies talc box’, although I’m not sure how I reached that analogy! It’s flowery in aroma - I gave it a go on 4 or 5 occasions, even allowing it to dilute down through the course of a day and I still found it unbearable. It’s gone in the bin. TBH, I’ve found most of the brands aroma’s pretty awful.

Much more scent that other oils I've used, stronger and longer lasting. Smells amazing but not for those who want something subtle.
