I have searched for the perfect mug for years. I am sensitive to smelly lids that result from hard to clean rubber rings and this mug avoids that issue because it does not have any pieces to take apart and clean. The only flaw is that the fold down part that seals the holes touches your nose sometimes and it can leave a spot of coffee on you. I avoid this problem by wiping off the drop of coffee before drinking. I also don't like mugs with a thick lip where your mouth is placed and this mug is nice and thin on the lip. It fits nicely in my hand and in my car's cup holders. I have other mugs that keep things hotter than this one, but I am happy with it and will be ordering another. It would REALLY perfect if they could make a metal lid for this cup.

Works well to keep beverages hot or cold...but only after pre-heating or pre-cooling. This is not a complaint, but the description does not really mention this. In this sense...any insulated travel mug will work better this way, so hard to agree that this one is the "best". Top seems to seal well and surface has good grip, like that drinking surface is plastic, not metal so it does not get hot and burn a lip.

Keeps my coffee hot and does not leak with the tab closed (unlike many cheap products out there). The top is dishwasher safe, but the bottom is not. It has a nice light and balanced feel to it. The lid could be a little easier to screw on/off as well as flipping/clicking the top tab (less effort would be desirable). Overall, much better than many travel mugs for sale. So, almost five stars.......

This is a great mug. I can't deny that it deserves 5 stars! However on the packaging and in a little note inside the cup the seller basically pleads for you to rate this mug 5 stars. It was honestly a little off-putting. Not a simple "enjoy your product and rate us on Amazon if you like it!" Nope, there is an entire paragraph of a note literally begging for a 5 star rating. Seriously? Let the product speak for itself.Anyway, the mug is good. Does not spill, which is what I was looking for.

I don't usually write reviews, but i just had to say something about this coffee mug. I LOVE it!!! I am super picky about my travel mugs.My previous mug was over 20 years old lol. This mug is everything they said it would be. Light weight, slim and easy to hold, keptmy coffee piping hot, and the color is beautiful! Love, Love, Love it!!!

This is a really pretty mug, but doesn't last long. The lip on top of the cup is starting to pop off only after a few weeks of use. Mind you I am hand washing the mug too, which should prolong the life of the mug. However, despite how pretty it is, the purples fading already as well. Works well at first though!

More often than not, the seal leaks while I'm drinking from it. It's possible to fiddle with it until it stops leaking, but that's not a feature one wants in a travel mug.

I love this mug! It's a beautiful color for one thing. For another thing, I had coffee in it and left it in the cup for about 3 hours and when I went to get a drink, it was still warm!!
