Mannequin Professional Dress Form Collapsible Shoulders & Convertable Without and With Removable Arms - Sewing Dress Form Size 18

I received delivery of the dressform yesterday and it has not lived up to my expectations. In the description it says pinnable with multilayered padding. It is anything but. The pins will have to go sideways as the multilayered padding is only one eiight of an inch thick. In the long run this would damage the linen cover. Being decribed as a professional dressform I expected it to be just that. I have written directly to the seller about it but am receiving excuses. After paying for the form,delivery and local customs I feel very hard done by and am not very pleased with my purchase.
