Baking Mat Half Sheet-Non Stick Silicon Liner (Set of 2), Black

Works as advertised. Nothing sticks to this thing, and cleanup is always very fast and effortless. It has developed very, very faint circular stains from where I've repeatedly baked cookies on it, but it's so light, you'd have to be looking to tell. This has saved me countless long nights scrubbing pans, so I can't thank this mat enough for that. I like to keep the cleaning short so I can get to the eating, so high marks for this.

I'm sorry to say this, but I must say that so disappointed on this item. Put in on toast oven, got burnt-out. Smoke came out, I had to throw away. Waste money.

I've always been a big fan of silicone baking mats since I received one as a gift YEARS ago. A real official Silpat from France (be impressed, please). Well, my old mat was unfortunately used as a pizza mat a few times including the slicing of the pizza (I do not recommend this!) and Bake and Win seemed like a quirky way to get a new silicone mat and it "looked" close enough to my old Silpat. Turns out, it's a great replacement. It's got the same feel, a little bit of "stickyness" so that it doesn't slide around the pan, even when it's greasy. Does a great job of keeping baking and roasting items from sticking to the pan. Basically, it serves its purpose in life.The only thing I'm not too sure about is the little camera icon in the corner for the contest. Contest = fun, true. But having it actually permanently affixed to the mat, I'm not sure if I like or not.Overall, a good purchase.

Some people suggested I get a silicon mat, so I did. I had no ideas how great mat was going to be. I have kneed dough on it, baked cookies on it and even made peanut brittle on it. Nothing sticks to it. Thinking I might ask Santa for another.

This little mat does a great job with baking. I used it for making pie crust - and then I cleaned it up and used it to line the baking sheet I cooked the pie on. As other's have noted, it is a bit on the small side, but it works well and it's nice to have something reliable and reusable to line the baking sheets when I cook. I can't tell you how many rolls of aluminum foil I waste every year just to catch drippings or make it easier to clean up after cooking.The only thing I'd change, and the reason I gave 4 instead of 5, is the price for the size. I'd like to see something bigger so it makes it easier to roll out dough. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this mat!

I like silicone baking mats for replacing parchment paper or lining a baking sheet with tinfoil. I've never had anything stuck on the baking mats after using them. I have three others from another company that I regularly use. I really like how big these ones are, they fit perfectly in a standard cookie sheet. I also really like that they are dishwasher safe. It's a little hard to wash them by hand because they are so floppy. On that note I wouldn't recommend letting them replace a baking sheet in the oven. They need a little support when taking in and out of the oven. It seems redundant to use two dishes to bake, but it makes it way easier to clean up.
