You will need to secure it with the pins included as it doesn’t stick great but my cat has left my sofa alone! So it’s doing its job

The pins aren’t super secure, they stay in the sofa but are loose which looks untidy and I had to put a strip of tape over them so my cat didn’t try to pull them out. But the sheets are a good size and are sticky enough, and the pins don’t wreck the sofa at all, and it’s stopped my cat clawing there so I’m glad I got them.

Not a good buy, they don’t stick to furniture properly, they do have pins to help keep it on the chair but they’re not easy to put in.

We bought this to stick around our bed to stop our cat from scratching the fabric and I have to say it has worked perfectly. It was really easy to stick down and it didn't come unstuck at all after we had finished putting it all around the bed. It really deterred our cat from scratching the bed so much and now she has given up completely. Instead of using the pins that came with the product, we found it was easier to use flat headed pins which gave a smoother, flush finish.

UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS: just don’t buy it! It is absolutely awful, it keeps peeling off, it doesn’t stick anymore and it’s just a waste of money. 3 STARS: Youll need a LOT of pins to let it stick to the fabric in awkward spots, like the arm rest or the edges will just be lifted 24/7. Overall it’s an ok product, nothing special but for the price I guess it’s better than nothing. The pins won’t work if there is wooden underneath the fabric. If the plastic was less rigid it could stick better perhaps

I’d read that the stickiness wasn’t great but I overlooked as the pins were meant to do the trick. WRONG My fabric sofa is a recliner and the pins have been popping out, if they aren’t put in an area where there’s cushion they’ll fall out. Lucky I haven’t stood on them. Can’t even say if it’s stopped the cat as it’s not staying stuck on long enough to find out. Don’t recommend

These are excellent if have a simulated leather chair or couch.

I was dubious about buying something like this as I thought it would look so obvious and cheap on the furniture but it blends in so well and is not very noticeable. It's so easy to install and the pins that come with it give extra security. Definitely recommend

It has some utilities to attach it to sofa. Further, there is also some adhesive to keep it in place. Did not work that well.

Film transparent collé sur mon canapé en cuir avant de le recouvrir d’un plaid. Efficace. Le film reste visible une fois installé. Mais il fait son travail pour les griffes des chats.

--UPDATE nach X Monaten im Gebrauch-- Bin echt überrascht, aber die Teile helfen echt super. Es hat sich auch noch nichts gelöst, sie sitzen noch genauso wie aufgeklebt. Meine Katze hat sie zur Kenntnis genommen und gänzlich das Interesse verloren. - etwas späte aber abschließende Kaufempfehlung :) --Ursprüngliche Rezension-- Grade angebracht.. die Katzen haben es sogleich begutachtet.. das Monsterchen welches gerne Kratzt hat den Einsatztest noch nicht gewagt.. aber ich denke wenn sie daran los legt ist die Folie schneller ab wie Marry Poppins Suberkalifragelistischexpialigetisch sagen kann.. Na ich hoffe das beste das die Nadeln in dem Fall keine großen Schäden verursachen und das das Material das Kratzen ungemütlich macht und Sie nun endlich den Kratzstamm nutzt den ich extra zum Schutz des Sofas gekauft habe und der sich echt Vernachlässigt fühlt..
