A great preventive for virus protection

If you research colostrum and lactoferrin, you will find that it helps cells keep viruses from entering the cell through the cell membrane and of course with COVID-19 everywhere, this may be one thing that will help if you are exposed. I am 80 years old and am taking great caution to not be exposed to viruses, but if I am, hopefully this one tool will help me make it through more easily.
