Is it normal for this product to smell like dried fish or something? And the box was a little bit damage, must have been through a rough delivery.

Effective if you use them long term!
This is not a quick hair loss fix, will take time to see results, you have to use them at least 2 months and you will start to see new hair growing not only a reduction in the hair loss!
