Lobers Women's Solid Fleece

This was purchased as I listen to my music and audiobooks a lot. This is especially true when I am working on domestic tasks, both indoor and out. During the bitter cold months (I live in Nebraska) it was painful wearing earbuds or even standard headphones while working outside shoveling snow. The earmuffs fit securely on my ears and don't seem likely to fall off while I am shoveling. This is an important feature as my Bose  Bose® QuietComfort® 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones  would fall off on occassion when bending over. I will update again once I have had a chance to really test this out. It should snow soon. My husband tried these on and they did not fully cover his (rather large) ears. My ears are fairly standard size so this was not an issue for me and I am happy knowing these won't be "borrowed". I can hear both music and spoken word quite well. There is a microphone feature which I have tested with success. I recorded a few audio notes on my computer. I hope to have more on this later as I plan to test on a couple of calls-this could be a good feature in answering the cell while out walking in cold weather.

I have definitely been digging the earmuffs on my long, cold winter walks with the pooch. The only caveat is that the band is not adjustable as it was in earmuffs of yore. so they don't come down as low as I would like over my ears. They do still keep my ears warm, however, and all I have to do is turn the volume up on my ipod. The most important thing is remembering to turn it down when I go back to my reg earphones! If you walk outside a lot in the cold and have to have some tunes along, these look cute, do their job and are worth a purchase.

They're warm, they work well, their sound is good quality, they're soft. They do, however, project your music well not only to you, but to those around you. For those of us who sometimes like to listen to their music loudly, this can cause some awkward situations.

These earmuffs do the trick. The liner is nice and soft, and I've not had any problems with the headphone function. The band over your head isn't adjustable, which would have been nice.

OK, first of all I know these are "Women's Headphones", but I'm a guy who purchased them for use while snowboarding and I love them. Luckily they don't look too girly. :) These things are extremely comfortable as far as headphones go. They are relatively soft and keep your ears warm enough in moderately cold weather. The cord detaches at the base, which helps protect the headphones if you fall down while boarding/skiiing/what-have-you. The sound quality, while certainly not as good as a $100 pair of headphones, is good enough and much better than I expected for a pair of earmuffphones for this price. As long as you're not expecting hi-fi sound quality, you won't be disappointed.

I have tried a few other similar items over the years but never found exactly what I wanted. I like to listen to my ipod when i walk the dogs, which is a daily occurrence. I live near Chicago so have about 6 months of walking dogs in cold weather. These earmuff have worked out perfectly! They keep my ears warm, and I can hear my music and audio books very well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

No matter how much adjustment she tries with these earmuffs my wife can't get them comfortable, and she finds that the lead often comes loose meaning a wide variation in sound quality. She also has the leopard print pair by the same manufacturer which she loves.

A Christmas present for my daughter who walks a half mile to work and likes to listen to music while walking. She loves them!! They're very warm, soft and comfortable. I'm really glad I splurge on these for her because she likes them a lot. They are well made and seems like they will last a long time. The headband is covered in the same soft cloth as the the earmuffs.
