I love my new plants stands. I had ordered two of these and one came without the plastic insert. Contacted Amazon right away and what a smooth transaction. They paid for the shipping back, all I had to do was put it back in the box and put it on the front porch for UPS pick up. I had another one within a couple of days and they look perfect in my dining room bay window. It's a pleasure doing business with you Amazon as always.
