This is one of only a handful of brands that I can find that does NOT have phenylalanine. Almost every gum I pick up (even kid's gums like bubble tape) have phenylalanine added to them. This substance gives both me and my sister crushing headaches. The only other readily available brand I can find without phenylalanine is zebra stripe gum but the flavor fades so fast it is hardly worth the price. These are big enough that I can split one piece into 2 normal "sticks" of gum. The flavor fades decently fast but that seems to be all gum.

My daughter loves this, although she admits the flavor only lasts about 30 seconds, and boy is it costly!
