Unfortunately, this only SFX footprint power supplies. Any SFX or SFX-L power supply should work though, but due to them not being a super common form-factor, they do tend to be more expensive than their ATX counterparts.

Can you use this to make your own game console

Exactly what I did with a GTX1080, for a Windows 10 + Steam game console. Is beautiful and looks nice on my entertainment center below my TV. It's a little deep for a standard entertainment center shelf, so be aware you may need a larger shelf, or a bottom shelf if it's deeper. It's about the depth of my 5.1 audio amp.
