This necklace/pendant is perfect! It's the best customized necklace i've found on Amazon so far...it looks exactly like the advertisement pictures and the engravings are amazing! It shipped within 3 days of ordering it and got here 5 days sooner than it said it would! I don't know why everyone is complaining about the chain because even the chain is good quality.

I have been looking for a memorial necklace I could personalize. This one was perfect! The bar is large enough with plenty of space to put information on all four sides. My eyesight is not the best, but I can easily read the message without using a magnifying glass. This vendor gives you more space than others I looked at. You also have the option of upgrading to 925 sterling silver. My total cost for the sterling silver, including tax and S&H was less than $45.00. You won't find this quality and value anywhere else. This would make a great gift for a family member, or yourself, who wishes to celebrate the life of a loved one. I am also thinking about having one made with my grandchildren's names. (P.S. I also ordered spacer beads so I can put more than one on my necklace)

I like it. The chain was shorter than I thought. Then the writing was extremely small I thought it would have been bigger. But still really cute

During Covid I have not been able to see my 5 Grand Nieces. For Christmas I purchased Hug Pillows AND custom Bar Necklaces from MeMoShe. The Necklaces came when they said they would and they were really pretty, nice quality and more than I expected for their reasonable price. 2 of my Grand Nieces wore them from the second they opened them. Now these two are 10 and 7 so a little rambunctious. They both suffered from their Chains breaking. I do not Fault MeMoShe for this as they are after all 11 & 7. I reached out to the company to ask if I could buy new chains from them and they responded immediately. Vivian the Customer Service Specialist that helped me was so NICE and very responsive. They offered to replace the Chains even though I said I would pay for them. It is hard to find Integrity and good Customer Service these days of online shopping, and I am in Sales, but was so impressed with their product and their service. I would be from MeMoShe again in a heartbeat.The Bar Necklace is so nice looking and feels really heavy. What a nice transaction with this company and Vivian. CHEAP PRODUCT BROKEN....I love this idea of the design but it the necklace broke in half. I reached out the company and told them with photos. I thought they would have been helpful but the reply was you will need to buy order a new one. My daughter has worn the necklace about 10 times! VERY SAD that they wouldn't just simply replace the necklace chain to provide great customer service. So now this is reflected in my review! I EVEN PAID FOR THE UPGRADED BOX CHAIN but not worth it!

I got this as a gift for Mother's day. My necklace bar has the names of all of my dogs I've had over the years. I love the concept! It's such a sweet keepsake item. It looks very in style, but classic. I was hoping for a slim smooth feeling bar. The bar on this necklace is a little clunky. The quality of this necklace is not great. I'm not sure how long it will last, and the chain is really bad. I think it's full of nickel which is irritating against my skin.
