Lovely reflective ca se
The crystal palace case has a love reflective quality feel to it. Fits snugly around the phone and feels very sturdy. World recommend.

Fantastic
I love these cases and have had them with every phone I've had, this one was not only cheaper than my previous ones but the quality is even better so I'm very pleased with my purchase, had it about 2 months and its still intact so so far so good

Good but could be better
This case is the only one I've found that's good enough while working on building sites. You have to pull the case to one side when opening/closing else you'll break the plastic closing tab very quickly! Cloth on case does seem to come off a bit too easy but I put my phone (and case) through a lot while working on building sites so I'm happy woth it. I'm on my 3rd in just over a year but it's much cheaper than the £80 to replace the screen again!

Its okay
These aren't bad cases I wouldn't have brought one brand new though the £25 is bit much for the build quality.

Not scratch resistant!
I don't like the fact that this case is not scratch resistant. Yes it protects my phone but makes it look uncared for. I bought a case from this company before and it was very good. Maybe its the colour that shows more scratches than before. It's just ok I'm afraid.

Scratches easily
As previous reviews state, the iridescent coating was badly scratched within weeks. Poor design as had the iridescent coating been on the inside it would've been fineas the case itself is great and has stood up to many drops already!

Brilliant case
Great product, very robust and I am safe in the knowledge that my phone is secure and damage free whilst in this case. The price reflects the quality.

No magnetic sceen cover close wrap, has horrible plastic catch
I have had Gear4 D30 cases for my previous mobiles, so had high expectation for this one. Upgraded my mobile to a new S20+ and looked for the case I knew and which had served me well previously. New GEAR4 Oxford Eco arrives quickly with good service from Amazon. Open up from a smart looking GEAR4 box to reveal woven finished phone case. Looking further and assessment of the GEAR4 Oxford Eco, it is a major disappointment. It does NOT have a magnetic type close wrap for the front mobile screen cover. It has a HORRIBLE and CRAP hard plastic clip which has to be pushed to close, one hand ok, and pulled to open, needs two hands to open without risk of dropping your mobile. Opening one handed is difficult and restricting. The catch is virtually a deal breaker because opening the phone cover quickly to answer the phone will be prone to dropping the phone. But hey it's OK as the case will protect my new S20+ phone from lots of impacts, but who need that!!!! Inside the front screen cover it has two card slots, which in my case serve as my Work Security Gate Pass holder. I do however have to open the front cover to register the contactless card onto the security system. Opening this case will now be a chore while fumbling to open. This case needs someone at GEAR4 to seriously rethink their design as fit for purpose. It states the reassuring impact protection of my previous GEAR4 D30 mobile protection cover which has served the test of time. But without the quick one handed simple phone access offers little more than a vault to secure my new mobile. Doubtful I will keep it and time will tell how the woven canvas effect cover will wear.

Very sturdy and seems like it will protect very well. The clasp/snap to open is a bit tough, but I expect it to loosen over time and be a little easier to open - but if it drops, I dont expect it will come open at all - which is the point, right?

Update: Feb 2021 This review is specifically for the Holborn case. I am a user of Gear4 products as the Piccadilly case saved my phone from destruction when the phone fell off my bike. The case got scratched but the phone took zero damage. Decided to purchase the Holborn case as my new purchase and I can't say the same about it. I had a light drop and the phone slipped out of the case which was extremely surprising and now about 6 months later the case is peeling on the edges and the back. It's honestly not worth buying for $60 as it offers similar quality to much cheaper cases. If you are looking for great drop protection and overall best durability from Gear 4 then look no further than the Piccadilly clear case. I just bought another one.

I've had the case for nearly 4 months, the black plastic locking clip just broke off as I was opening the phone case. The case is now worthless in regards to the protection features I bought it for, which was a covered phone screen. I'm going to start a warranty claim right now. Baaaahhhh! The warranty only lasted 3 months, and I've had it for just under 4 months. What's up with that GEAR4?

Love that the case is reflective. Price tag is steep though. The samsung S11 is actually the same size as S20+ / S20 Plus. For its price the quality is just okay.
