I only ever ordered 14" but I would imagine you would get the same amount of packs regardless of the lengths. If in doubt contact the seller

Yes, more than enough. My hair is thick and long and from all the two times I've had locs put in, I've never used the entire 6 pack and it's still full and looks natural.
