Did anyone have trouble and feel like these ran big?

Yes I definitely felt these ran big as compared to standard spectra. It doesn’t make sense but 19mm was too big when it was the right size in spectra

I used mine before realizing it’s the wrong flange size, should I still return them?

I did the same thing. I just brought flange inserts that were my nipple size and just pushed it in for the correct sizing. But you can if you want.
