OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
THIS MASHINE HAS NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH AS IT'S ALL WROTE IN CHINESE!! THERE IS NO WAY TO CHARGE THE SUPPLIED MICROPHONES, AND THEY WILL NOT TURN ON!!!

Fantastic Karaoke Machine With EXCELLENT Customer Service
We are very happy with this Karaoke machine. The seller always answered my questions with a lot of patience and helped me to set up the whole system in a way I could understand. It will be likely that I recommend this product.

Can not install missing parts
I am very disappointed because there are no screws and installation instruction in English.

contacted support and able to resolve various issues.
arrived with no instruction and ran into some issues.. so had to contact support who help to resolve them. It's recommended that people don't use TV speakers and have separate speakers because vocal singing likely demand more powerful speaker (maybe could damage TV build-in speakers, not designed for karaoke).... so in process of setting up separate speaker. So far the system seems friendly and easy to use once running.

don't buy this product
this junk is not worth for me to buy it. First hard drive is working , after I fix it thru customer support then touch screen is not working. horrible experience with this product

Love it!
Great product and high quality materials! Shipping was quick! Less than 2 weeks from order to delivery. It has a minor issue for the touch screen but the seller fix it remotely. Pleasure to have it!
