Where do you come down on the question of ubiquinone CoQ10 versus the ubiquinol version? What’s the difference?

One study I read stated that ubiquinol is a much less stable form of CoQ10 and is only truly stable below freezing. It further stated that the body converts ubiquinone to the more bioavailable ubiquinol anyway. Conclusion? Don’t waste your money on the more expensive ubiquinol. Buy the purest ubiquinone you can find ignore all the noise.
