Great product for injury prevention

Bought these after I threw out my back twice within a short period of time. Then I was prescribed them by my ankle doctor to put in my shoes for working out. I wear an 8 and these stretched out my running shoes a bit. However, I’m really happy with them. No issues since I’ve been using them and feel a lot of support!

Comfortable to wear

Although it said to be for activates and sports, I put it in the slippers wearing around the house. Very supportive and comfortable. Feet become a bit sweaty after few hours though.
