I’m 5’9” and around 170-175lb and I got a medium. Comes down to my waist and has enough room to wear a hoodie under it. I would say since you’re a bit taller than my try to find a size medium in a tall length.

It’s fine I washed mine right away and it fits great I hope I get a freebie out of this

I would say to short I’m 6’3 and about 230lbs and order xl tall and it fits perfect hope that helps.
