Not helpful, but no harmful either.

Have been taking these for a while now as I was recommended them my natural doctor. I still think they are quite expensive though, but I'm gonna carry on taking them for a while.

I'm actually Mark's wife posting, something I very rarely do. I have Hashimoto's, the thyroid disease that swings hypo to hyper and back again. Roderick Lane, the most amazing naturopath who made this formula, has saved my life with his prescribed ketogenic diet along with supplements and this PolyyzmeForte being a key ingredient to my journey back to good health. I have leaky gut and could not get or keep my food down and now I take, at the moment two but soon to be reduced to one, with each meal and my guts are happy and calm, the first time in five years. Anybody struggling with the thyroid should see him, keto is a hard diet to turn to as we are all addicted to sugar, I gave my children natural fruit juice as one of their five a day only to realise I was poisoning them.
