I would have given this 3 stars if it was just that the brakes and gear shift didn't work out of the box, but the instructions are horrible and wrong. They reference parts that are not included, show images of bikes that are not this one, and they are in bad broken English. I'm not great at bike assembly/maintenance, so some detailed tuning instructions would have been nice. I got it working enough to get it to a pro, which has added another $100 to the bike. Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very excited for this bike to arrived at the time because it'll help stay active during Covid and could be cool like Arnold. Though it took close to a month and a half for it to arrive, after the date it should of have came. At the time I get because Covid was making a lot of things delayed.However when it finally arrived, it came fully apart and my boyfriend and I were very frustrated on how complicated these instructions were, mind you they said it supposed to easy to put together.Time through the year, I've had to work on the bike as if its my car to make sure everything is working properly, now (and still) my front is so freaking stiff that it's won't roll also I even put bike friendly grease too.What sucks the most is that I haven't even test ride yet. So make sure if you consider looking into a bike to do your research well and look up the company information as well as bike info before purchasing.

This bike in its initial description when I ordered it stated FOLDING BIKE. Unfortunately now that I have completely put together it's not a folding bike. VERY DECEPTIVE AND FALSE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Horrible! Was missing pieces. Paid a professional bike shop to put it together & they couldn’t. Cheaply made. And when you email customer service, they act like it’s not a big deal & you are making stuff up.

My brother loves his bike 🚲 was very easy to assemble it took a minute to get but we're happy

This product I received a month after it was suppose to arrive was not what I expected. The picture doesn’t do it justice but the bike is not big enough for an adult to ride.

This bike has a serious safety problem and has cheap fork that could get someone hurt

Tires are crooked, brakes do not work properly, gears are messed up . This took 3-4 months to deliver to me and was a waste of money. I want to return for a refund. I bought a lemon 😡😡😡
