Excellent for heavier folks doing calisthenics, etc. I was 290 and could fall on the mat w my knees and it rebounds. My ancestors had to fall on Meadow grass in preparation for battle, beautiful but not as cushioned as this Foam from the Future. If my Great-Great-Great-Great Grandparents had this mat to train we would own the island of Greenland or at least half of Wyoming. Good stuff. Good stuff.

This was a great value because I needed a mat for my long bed pickup truck for camping or overnighting on work sites. Being 4 ft wide it fits right between the standard truck wheel wells and the 8-ft length gave me full coverage.

Very nice and squishy I will love for it to be more thicker and easier to move. The color are fine and it give a nice sense of safety to the room.

Its a gym mat. It helps my kids from getting too hurt when they're trying to learn new skills. The foam is a good quality and so far the surface material is holding up well. a bit disappointed in the handle as it broke, and used pretty limited stitching, so i'd hope they upgrade that. But it works, kids practice gymnastics and have fun. only other criticism is it slides around on our hardwood floors, so some grippy materials in 4 corners would also be a welcome upgrade, or be cheap like us and order a rug gripper pad

It is big but you should not be able to impact the floor though this mat in normal exercise use.

We love our mat. Heavily used indoors and out. Standing up perfectly well. would recommend as well as purchase again and again
