What is the difference between this product and the color care smoothing conditioner?

I’ve recently switched from the KC Keratin Care Smoothing to the KC Color Care Smoothing & I found the Color Care one much more moisturizing, smoothing & a better detangler. I wish I knew that sooner. Just for reference, my natural hair is fine, wavy/curly & frizzy. I’m mentioning this because everyone’s hair is different and may work differently for you.

I'm having trouble to open the pump. How do I release it, so it would pump out the conditioner?

Make sure the pump is secure, then turn the pump counter clock wise

Is this safe on bleach blond hair? I know they have color safe specific but wondering if I could use this and still be safe?

I’ve used both on my dry bleached blonde hair. It’s fine to use, but I still prefer the KC Color Care Smoothing conditioner because it’s more moisturizing and a better detangler. Neither one affected my hair color.

The bottle of product i received is turquoise and does not appear the same as the regular keratin care bottle. is this a counterfeit product?

No. I’ve been using these Keratin Complex products for years. It used to come in the blue bottle, then they switched to the white bottle. My most recent bottle was also blue and because I knew this, I felt completely comfortable with it.
