however i do like the price point
i just got it and i've tested it on the range against my bushnell v3 jolt. it seems to be a yard or two off from my bushnell most of the time. the viewfinder's optical magnification is less than that of the bushnell so it seems to be harder to pinpoint flags/location from about 150 yards and out (which is the most important yardages). however i do like the price point, the LCD so i can show friends the distance, and the slope feature. keep in mind i haven't had a full 18 with this yet so this is just a review at a glance so far. i'll post more to come.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I wanted a rangefinder with slope, but couldn't justify the $350 price tag for the bushnell. I have only used it 2 times, but it works excellent in finding the pin. Our golf course do not use prisms and it has no problem locking on scan mode.A neat feature that I wasn't sure how I would like is the screen. It is very handy because it gives you a second look at the data that you have already viewed through the scope.I wasn't able to test it against another unit, but from standing next to the markers on the course it is very close and the difference is if the pin is toward the front or back.

Incredible rangefinder for the price
I've used this rangefinder during three rounds so far and it seems to perform just as well as my golf buddy's Bushnell. I've gone to a couple golf ranges and the distances to the signs are within 1-2' of actual--or at least what it says on the sign. During pin-seeking mode, it doesn't take more than one second to return a distance. The screen on the side is pretty cool but I don't really use it that often. The only thing I wish this had--and maybe it will come with time--is a rubberized cover that is available as an accessory--similar to the Bushnell.
