The best way to measure yourself for the ZenKeyz Shoulder Brace? 
Measure and record the widest part of your chest + shoulder.
Measure and record the bicep. 
Use the size chart in the product listing to reference the ideal sizing.
If a perfect fit does not appear in the size chart, choose the brace that is closest to the bicep measurement. The brace design allows for great variation in the chest measurement.
