Very noisy. If you struggle sleeping with noise you will not be able to sleep with this. However, I turn mine on a few hours before bed and room is nice and cold when I go up. I then have to turn it off and put a fan on to blow the cold air around

This is great for the price. My expectations were low that it would do more than lower the temp by a few degrees, but it does actually feel like having an air conditioning unit in the room. We had to switch it off because we started to feel cold. The room is approx 15sqm. T gets extremely hot on here on a sunny day. Unbearably so. This was a good purchase.

Air con was good but didn't fit in are room as windows are to high for air vent i have given a 1 star because trying to return this has been and still is a nightmare 3 weeks of calls and promises that it would be picked up the next day it was pick up 2 weeks later and is now lost and still showing that it has not been pick up. After waiting another week for refund i have been told i need to wait 1 more week this is madness.

We're a bedtime fan all year round household, but it never helps shift the thickness in the air. Doesn't drop the temperature as quickly as you'd like it too, but in the space of 4 hours with the door closed, and window open to vent out the ducting, we went down from 28 degrees to 23. Easy to use, not as loud as you might think, heavy but easy to move once it's on the floor you want it to be.

The unit arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I got this for a disabled friend's small flat that can get pretty bad during hot weather and he needed a better way of cooling the place so this looked ideal. Unpacking was pretty easy, especially since the box lifts up from the bottom too like some large appliances, the unit does have a good amount of weight to it but not too crazy. In the box was the instructions and all the accessories and attachments. Setup was straightforward and I didn't have any problems connecting the hose or connecting to the app on my phone. It does require you to have the vent hose out of the window to operate properly so that does kind of limit where you can put it too and its a decent sized air con unit. I tried out some of its functions via the app and they worked well, the cooling is good and it has a few different power levels but the higher you go the noisier the unit gets. The sound the unit makes isn't the worst and they are noises you expect from a 3 in 1 air con unit but the sound is noticeable sometimes so this may not work in a bedroom if you're a light sleeper. The unit itself though is a decent solid unit that works exactly as it should and seems pretty well made and durable but you expect that from a known brand like BLACK + DECKER. The app is worth mentioning too as it is very simple to use and to understand it. The price for this 3 in 1 air conditioner seems pretty good, it works as an air conditioner, a fan and a dehumidifier and is from a known brand that includes a 2 year guarantee. Overall this is a great all in one air con unit that's only drawback is it can be a little loud when used on higher settings.
