Awesome Product
This product is amazing, does what it says on the tin (cover). I feel I have much more insurance when working out and sometimes go over an hour and have to remind myself to stop training 😀.

A good option for those looking to supplement their diet and exercise plan
These are decent BCAA tablets - they are not the easiest to swallow and they don't smell great, but they get the job done. There are 180 tablets in each pack, and I take two per day which should last three months or so with each order.Needless to say, these are mainly supposed to help with increasing muscle growth, decreasing muscle soreness and reducing exercise fatigue. It's hard to say quite how much of a measurable impact these have had, but in general I do not feel too sore or tired after exercise while taking these.I will probably have to test not taking them for a week or two to truly know what impact they are having (I'll update my review here if I do this), but they seem to be a good option following online research when combined with a good diet and exercise plan. Just be sure to take them with plenty of water!

Xellent value for money. I have compared and shopped around and this surpasses them all. Yes easy to swallow also good source for sports highly recommended. Will be sharing with friends and other sports men to take. Also further to add Great customer service as asked if I received on time. Super fast delivery. High five from me and will be buying more in future.

Value for money
Only been taking these for a few days so hard to tell, but it was recent reviews that led me to buying them,all being positive and pleased with what they were doing.They are a decent size tablet so I wouldn't say difficult to swallow, my glucosamine are bigger. Good value for money can't complain at price for quantity, equates to a pound a week. Thank you.
