No, this is a metal straw and does not bend. It is great for using to break up ice but be careful of potholes if you are using it while driving, you could chip a tooth or loose an eye.

will these fit x-pac 64 oz tumbler?

From what I’ve seen of those tumblers they are supposed to be about 10.5 inches tall, so this would stick up about an inch from the cup. The cups shown for scale here are the big ones that you see in gas stations and convenience stores, if that helps you gauge size at all.
