ModwayAegis Mid-Century Modern Upholstered Fabric with Wood Legs, Seats Two, Light Gray

This is a beautiful chair. Incredibly easy to put together (you just screw in the legs), super comfy, very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing! We are using this chair for our in-home recording studio. We've already gotten a lot of use out of it and spent hours sitting in it without any complaints. If you're on the fence about this chair, don't be.. it's worth every penny! I do want to note that I see the price on these chairs are constantly changing, so if you see it costing more than you'd like to spend, wait a week... it might go down. I was keeping my eye on it before I made the purchase. At one point it was $199 and a week later it was $160 (which is what I bought it for) I see it's back up again from that price. Just something to notice :)

I've had this chair for 6 months now and so I thought it would be time to write a review. In short, this chair is great, especially given the price. I have a very small little living room with a loveseat and I wanted a small chair that wouldn't take up much real estate, while still looking modern and comfortable. It does the trick. And it is surprisingly comfortable. The design is such that you can really relax back into it, and the back is padded nicely. Several people have commented on how surprisingly comfortable it is, given that it isn't a full armchair. This isn't the chair for a large or heavy person, but I can't imagine any chair with this aesthetic being suitable for large people.This chair looks exactly as it does in the photos. The fabric is a sort of rough weave that is mostly black with some dark brown and silver threads running through. The thing I love about the fabric is that it doesn't show any mess or dirt or cat hair - just blends right in! The legs are wood and look really nice. I had no marks or dents on any parts of my chair when it arrived. The legs on this chair do come loose, as some of the other reviewers have pointed out. It's a bit annoying, so I think I will add some crazy glue to the joint at some point.

While the shipping box looked like it had fallen off the truck and repeatedly run over, the chair itself arrived in good condition.Most importantly, the LexMod Veer is an extremely comfortable chair. It is sturdy and reasonably well upholstered, for the price.I should also add that this chair is even more handsome than the photographs suggest. Many of my coworkers have complimented me on the chair and have asked where I purchased it.If you are looking for a mid-century style chair to accent a small room, this is a very good choice.

Nothing wrong with Amazon's delivery and customer service - they are first class - the vendor left a lot to be desired. One leg was 3/4" longer than the others, but vendor, despite Amazon's best efforts, would not ship replacement leg without the birthright to my first child! OK, only kidding - but that is what it seemed like dealing with them. I had to take delivery of another chair and then ship the chair with the faulty leg back - no expense to me of course - but somebody paid for UPS to deliver the bulky replacement and ship the the leg (with its bulky chair) back. How much easier it would have been all around if the vendor had just shipped a replacement leg. Otherwise the chair is comfortable, solid and stylish, drawing many compliments. Would have been 5 stars without the aggravation.

Nicely made. The legs screw in easily. Put rubber chair leg caps on the bottom of the legs as they have no floor protectors on them. I had a guy who weighs about 240 lbs sit in it and I was nervous. The legs kinda moved when he sat down. He barely fit in it. I offered him another place to sit “more comfortably“ because I was afraid the chair legs were going to give out. The chair itself is beautiful and has a comfortable fit if you or your guests are not on the larger size. So it’s a nice chair for anyone under about 220 lbs. It is comfortable for me. Seems overpriced in my opinion.

Ordered 4 chairs for my Dining room. One leg chair could not be screwed on so I had to return the chair. Thanks to AMAZON return policy and the fact that I was home it was extremely easy. The UPS agent just picked up the chair home. New chair came shortly after. Chairs are exactly as on the picture, they are extremely comfortable and I get a lot of compliment. The only cons is that the legs do come unscrewed, I fix that with glue. I am very happy with my purchased as they add a lot of style to my dining room.

I LOVE this chair so much I bought another one in a light gray color! The one pictured is the taupe color. It's beautiful, sturdy, comfortable, and super easy to assemble. You just screw on the legs. I've gotten compliments on the look of it. Highly recommend it.

This chair is perfect for what we needed! So comfortable! Love the style, sort of a retro look, it's super light weight, has great lumbar support, the taupe is a nice neutral that would work with many colors. As an extra seating side chair , it's great, and easy to move around the room as needed. The chair is quite small, Would probably not be a good fit for a large man? I am unsure of that because i haven't seen a large man try it. I am very impressed. Legs screw into the bottom of the chair , all the assembly that is required.

Wow!! These chairs are super stylish and very comfortable. Super easy to put together and the fabric is thick with nice texture. I placed stick-on felt tips at the bottom of each leg for added balance. Don't think these are suitable for heavy uses, but great as accent pieces. Highly recommended.

Chair is brighter orange than shown but we got used to it and now enjoy the bolder look. I love these chairs but because the legs come loose frequently I can't stretch to five stars. Very comfortable for six feet and taller, not just shorter as other reviews suggest. I don't know if I'd trust them to hold up with someone who is much over 200 lbs though. I hope they last!

I bought two and I love the look. The fabric has snags in it so one part is already loosening after a month of minimal use. And the legs are loosening. Easy to assemble. Not for heavy use.

Sucks

Built quality is great, but the colour is brighter than shown in the picture. Feels great sitting on it.
