Ancor Marine Grade Electrical Sealed Rocker Switch with Light

This switch is either defective or the pole switching unlike any DPDT switch I've seen in many years working with electronics. One pole works correctly: ON-OFF-ON. In both ON positions the second half of the switch shorts pin 1 and 3 together with no continuity to the center pole (2) from either. As this is the fourth Ancor Marine switch I've ordered in the past year and the others all worked as switches are supposed to so I'm giving it 3 stars. So, before you starting taking stuff apart make sure of the pole switching with a continuity tester.

I installed two of these on my atv to operate front fog lights and a rear flood light. I am pleased with the quality of the switches. Where they are mounted, they will get wet in the rain and when I wash the atv. The project came out really nice with these switches. The only negative is that the switches did not come with a simple diagram sheet to make it easier to hook up the wires to the back of the switch. Not a big deal.

This was purchased as a SPDT momentary switch with a single light. What arrived was a switch not listed under the description. It was a dual incandescent light switch This switch also was either not made right or it had a slip circuit as it still powered the second terminal when the switch was thrown the other direction. This caused my generator to restart each time I shut it off and it nearly stopped spinning.

It fit perfectly in my motor home, the original switch went bad.

These fit perfectly, worked great and looked fantastic. I was extremely happy with these switches.
