Granddaughter
Using this laptop for school work since the coronavirus pandemic. It was bought for my granddaughter so that she can do homework on it from home. So far, she likes the bigger screen and the touch screen on it. She is seven years old and isn't having any trouble with this laptop. Don't know about battery time. For a seven year old it was worth the money. It should get her through a couple of good years before handing it down to her four year old sister.

Great value for price. Relative easy to set up and get started. Set up menus very good. Performance very good.

Power plug
The power plug is on the left side, why? is this a lefty laptop? I absolutely loved myTosiba laptop. Was my friend for 15 years. Hoping this new friend will do me well. Time will tell.

Good value
I bought two of these for my kids to be able to do their online schooling. They have served their purpose and so far there have been no issues with them. My kids use them for school and for play (mainly YouTube videos). They are of decent quality and the price was reasonable.

This is the best computer for home office use or whatever you might need a computer for. Easy to use, long battery life, light weight, we love it!

Poor performance Overall.
Not at all operable or in specs. I ordered the ideapad with 128 GB SSD and physical removable RAM. The product delivered was different and did not even perform. I was sent a laptop with soldered on motherboard RAM; and an Nvme SSD. Without being able to upgrade the memory means the laptop will run turtle slow. Just be sure what you order and ask first as getting a different model than what you ordered should not be allowed! Poor performance overall. Save your money as I say no to ordering it!

For Personal use, so far no issues, very happy with performance.

Disappointing
I got this computer for basic functions such as browsing the web and zoom calls. The display is not sharp and the video calls are delayed and blurry when you make any sort of movement. Additionally, the touchpad is terrible. I couldn’t highlight any sort of text or scroll. I am returning it after 1 day.
