This worked kinda okay for me. It improved my breath when I used it, and it didn’t taste bad. It didn’t work for my intended purpose of getting rid of white tongue. I had to use a different probiotic to further improve my gut health for that. This probiotic didn’t work that great for me, but it may still work for other people.

This stuff has truly proven to be effective. I started using it just after my cleaning and check up. Choose not to review until after the next appointment. So, gums have stopped bleeding teeth are whiter and seem much stronger. On exam a periodontist student checked my mouth said that oral health was excellent. Six months after starting I feel great and no signs of irritation in mouth. They taste great but be careful around small children do to the fact that they taste like candy. When I first started using this, it made an amazing difference in my breath. Like most people, I have HORRIBLE morning breath. I really believe mine is worse than everybody. Any way, when I started using this, I was waking up with a world of difference. I wouldn't say my breath smelled great, or minty fresh or anything like that, but it did not stink. It was just neutral I guess is the best way to describe it. I was amazed. As time went on, I noticed that it wasn't working quite as well, and I was experiencing my breath having an odor again, although it was no where near as bad as when I wasn't using this product. I decided to take two at a time and that seemed to do the trick for a while, but now I am back to a slight bad smell again. Like I said, it is way better than it was before using this, but I wish it kept working like it did at first. I don't want to keep upping my dosage. That will get pricey. I did some research and it appears that this is normal for these breath probiotics. Results tend to be temporary according to a couple of papers I read. I am stubborn though. I think even though it isn't working as good any more, it is still better than going without, so for now I will continue to use it.

I didn’t purchase for bad breath. Just to help after taking an oral antibiotic that gave me thrush. This wasn’t the only product that helped. I’m not a Dr, but none of the traditional medicine helped. I’ve never had issues with yeast overgrowth ever. Natural methods take longer, but do work for many things.

Yall, this is probably the first product that I've purchased in recent years that gave me almost instant results. I have great oral hygiene. I brush, floss, and scape my tongue 2-3 times a day! I go to the dentist every 6 months and even they are perplexed by my white tongue. After some research, i stumbled upon the topic of oral probiotics which led me to this product. I received this about 2 days ago. I randomly checked my tongue a few minutes ago and discovered a pink tongue! I almost cried. I hope this review persuades the right person because it had been life changing. To get with today's lingo "I know a white tongue hates to see these tablets coming!" If anyone is wondering - instead of chewing them, i just let them sit in my mouth until they dissolve! Tastes just like a mint but not overly minty
