Ordered Thursday night, received Monday lunchtime on the other side of the planet. Hard to believe they could move it this quick.Bought the 50 lb in white. My redneck testing showed it breaking over 70 lbs. It doesn't feel like there's much or any waxy coating, and the winding tension feels very consistent. I don't have a small splicing needle so opened up the weave with a normal darning/sewing needle first before using a medium sized loop needle. I didn't notice any inconsistency in the winding tension when splicing like I have with other hollow core braids. There were no tight or loose spots, just really consistent.Haven't fished with it yet though, but it seems like a quality braid, has gone on my big critter reel as a backing and will replace the topshots on my smaller reels when the time comes.

How tight the weave, for no knot connection

Almost five stars, not sure wether it’s good or bad but the weave is very tight. If you don’t have a needle, you definitely won’t be able to feed your mono or flouro into this hollow core.

As much as I like Seaguar fluorocarbon, I am satisfied with this hollowcore braid but not excited about it. I used Charkbait torotamer braid and it is much easier to work with, as a result I was disappointed with the difficulty of using daho needles in this braid versus toro tamer.
