This review is based on our experience with this purchase in our swimming pool, and we would recommend it to all of our friends with kids. We do not work for, or have any interests in the company that makes these, I don't even know their name, but have to make that disclaimer because we are so pleased with this product it is probably going to sound like we do!Our 11 month old absolutely loves this pool float! Before this, pool time was a bit intimidating for her, but now its pure fun and leisure! No more crying, just happiness. The ergonomics of this design, from the straps to the saddle, keep our baby safe and comfortable. She started to kick her feet and splash right away. After she tired herself out, she rested her head comfortably on the side and just chilled in the water in complete contentment. It made pool time exponentially more fun for her and for the whole family seeing how much she enjoys it.Product itself seems to be made of high quality materials and did not have any foul odors. The plastics are soft, and did not irritate our baby's skin. The company thought of everything, including a hand pump, repair kit, and travel bag. Inflation was relatively simple and we didn't even use the pump. There are many separate chambers for added security and comfort.Cons:The only con I can think of is that we didn't buy this sooner! This is an excellent product at a great price.Common sense things to remember:ALWAYS STAY WITH AND SUPERVISE YOUR BABY WHEN IN OR NEAR WATER/POOL ETCDO NOT LEAVE CHILD/CHILDREN UNATTENDED AT ALLHAVE FUN

I love this float for our 2 year old. It's very cute and age appropriate. The shape and design makes for a safer experience. With a larger more fuller part centered it really helps ensure he doesn't accidentally go under the water. And the small and more narrow sides still allows him to be able to put his hands in the water for play. The color is great for little ones. I love the incorporated jingle balls and makes it a lot more fun for baby. I love the shoulder straps for extra safety for those escape artist. I appreciate the flexibility in the base/seat to adjust to my babies bottom. This float doesn't leave any marks on my baby. It is a very comfortable float for him. The ONLY bad thing I can say about it and it really isn't even that bad; is that the strap that attach the base/seat to the clip to the sides to hold him and keep him from falling out, will over time start to slide up. It's a very slow move I don't notice a difference for a few days at a time. Just keep an eye on it.

I tried out the swim vest with arm loops and chest band before this. Unfortunately my now 17 month old daughter was too small for it. I read many great reviews on here about how great the position was on this float. It was super easy to inflate. They provide a tool but I didn’t need it. The overall safety buckles are great except the overhead loop which is a little thin and seems to bother my daughter. However she is good without this one buckle. Now with that being said this is a float to supervise your child not for them to be left alone in. My daughter has figured out how to turn in it slightly and will sometimes peak over the side to try and drink the water. However the float holds her up very well. She has never flipped in it AT ALL. The position is great and very relaxing for her. She sometimes even seems to drift asleep. It doesn’t allow them to tip over the front and flip over. My daughter loves the sound of the little bells inside and the cartoon characters on the outside. I followed the chart according to all ratio aspects and got a good fit for my daughter. She is in a large tube. So far the float has held up very well and doesn’t have any wear and tare.

I ordered this fun float for my son who has loved pool time since he was very about 3 months !! He fits well in it and safely floats in the water . He is 1 year .i got the size large... I think I meant to order the xl .. I do recommend sizing up if your baby is on the bigger side for their age . My son is 1 but fit just right and is pretty much about to grow out of it. If you want something that you can use longer, you should size up as long as it’s safe. It’s cute ! And came with a pump to inflate it however we stopped using it and just used our mouths. I did use the pump at the end to fill it all the way ! Overall has a great use, could be a bit bigger. We had a wonderful pool day and my baby was comfortable in it for an hour before taking him out for practice paddling. It was a perfect lounge for him which I love so I can have my arms free for a time while also having him in front of me/ near by.

Few minor dislikes. We have tested the float ring in the tub several times in preperation for pools and for fun!!It is easy to inflate. However, this is where the cons do come in. The pump sent is not friendly and we had it about 3 hours before the "needle" got trapped in the needle storage on pump handle. I was not excited about either. All that being said, its saving grace is it's easy and quick to inflate by mouth.The security features are easy to adjust and stay in place even during lots of kicking and splashing! I am a single mom and it was tough to get on my baby first couple of times by myself. We are used to it now after the 4th time.My baby is on the shorter squatty side for his age (9mo) and he can still maneuver and spin around in it. His arms do not yet fully reach the water but he is just as content kicking only.I do love that the deflation is quick and easy as well and comes with an adorable Obuby branded carrying bag/backpack. It fits well on his coat hanger by the door! It also came with a sturdy *maybe* nylon rope to lace through a mounted hole in the front to be able to pull your adorable tug boat behind you!Over all I like this product and can't not wait to put it to use in the pools!

I have asked for a refund given that one of the floats I received was defective. No reply from seller at all
