An adjustable ring allows the rod holder to be placed at any angle. After removing the cap to access the center hex cap screw you can undo this and move the rod holder. Heavy duty stainless steel teeth hold rod holder at the chosen angle once tightened. Drain holes at the bottom of the rod holder allow for water to drain through rod holder.
