Does this cream work for under eye dark circles?

This product does work for under eyes; Vitamin K is used to Dilated capillaries (spider veins as people may call it).... so Dark Circles under the eyes are bruises! Dark circles are actually capillaries just extremely dilated ! Our skin near our eyes are extremely sensitive. keep this in mind for any products not just their product.
