I bought this plate as I have a small one that I have had for at least ten years, the coating has started to chip in places but still works, let’s hope this will last as long, which I’m sure it will because of the material it is made from.The plate is a really good size as well, which I didn’t check when buying so it was a pleasant surprise. The measurements are 15.7 x 9.5 inches.Because it has a bigger area you can put more food on to defrost and ideal if you have a family.Easy to wash with warm soapy water, the opposite side is the chopping board, I personally won’t use it as prefer my granite boards.The plate comes with three other thin plastic chopping boards that has a picture of what they are to be used for, to stop cross contamination. I will use to them to freeze items separately, or some other use.I chose the red one as it was cheaper at the time, the delivery was on time.I definitely will and have recommended the plate to others, you won’t regret buying it. I wish I had bought one earlier.
