Love this sea salt! You need more salt than you think. We keep in half pint jar and use tiny 1/4 t to sprinkle on sourdough bread or in water to add minerals.

It looked a little whiter than I'm use to. I would prefer the grey look. The white color gives me the impression that it may have been stripped of some of it's minerals.
