I am so pleased I found out where to buy this flour. I originally bought some from my local chip shop. He was selling some at the time, but has since stopped getting it. His was a gluten free one, but it is not necessary for me to have that. I checked the bag of the one I had and was delighted that Amazon had this seller on the site. I think there may be different grades, but I decided to have this ‘premium’ one and I am over the moon with it. It is so easy to mix, but you have to be careful of the consistency to get a lovely crisp, light batter. We had a ‘chefs top quality’ fish and chip evening meal on the day it was delivered. I have also done fabulous ‘scampi’, and will be trying to do a bit lighter batter for frying vegetables. The bag was larger than I would normally buy, but that means I can share it with my daughter. I have already recommended it to my friends and family. Definitely an excellent product for a reasonable price. I will be ordering many more times in the future.

Good value for money and quick delivery.

This batter mix is just too easy and makes a batter that frankly some chip shops couldn’t.Don’t think I’ll ever have to buy a fish supper or battered sausage from a chippy again.
