Bulldog Mens Skincare and Grooming Original Body Wash, 16.9 Ounce

This one is for men, but I honestly enjoy its peppery scent myself sometimes in combination with vetiver. Nice consistency, not too liquid and not too gelly, just perfect, lathers up nicely and it lasts a while. I already bought it more than once and will probably continue.

I know this is supposed to be for men and I am female. This sounds crazy and this is only my opinion. I had been doing research on hair loss. The ingredients in this is the same that were suggested in helping with my problem. Instead of purchasing each separately I was hopeful to find something that might be more economical than purchasing each ingredient separately. In my search I came across this. Thought for the price I would at least try it. I wasn’t sure about using it or what results I might have. But I was surprised when I first opened it. The fragrance is eye opening, it’s refreshing and it doesn’t make me feel greasy like some soaps. I use just a little added to my shampoo once a week. Okay, this sounds strange..it actually wakes up my scalp. It’s a gentle tingle. At first I thought it would make my hair limp or make it look oily! It does NOT! It really does add a shimmer to what I would have considered my hair dull and always looked as though I hadn’t washed it. My hair not only looks fuller, but I am noticing new growth in areas that were thinning out. I can’t promise you the same results. Also the company doesn’t mention anything about the intended use that I have. But I will promise that just the fragrance alone is worth the money! Plus, the men in my house love it as much as I do!!!

This scent is great and lathers pretty well but I feel like the scent doesn't last very long. I also find the texture of the body wash to be really thick so I always had to dilute it a little more to get the lathering consistency I like. It is definitely worth a try if you are looking for a good citrusy smelng

My husband and I found this brand in Ireland and loved it so much we wanted to keep using it when we came home. The scent of this is wonderful and it lathers terrifically. It doesn't leave skin feeling dry or like there's a residue on it like some other body-washes we've used before. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a body-wash with a nice clean scent and a good cooling effect.

The first time I remember using a black pepper body wash was about ~10 years ago when a family member used it. i really loved the scent and almost couldn't stop using it. Years later I was thinking about ordering a black pepper body wash myself, but don't remember the exact brand (It wasn't Bulldog). Anyway, I finally got to ordering one and i'm happy with Bulldog's. The fragrance of Bull Dog's isn't as strong as the one I first used. It's nearly scentless (like skin sensitive dove) after you wash it off after taking a shower, but that's fine with me. When I step in the shower, I can definitely smell the lingering smell though. The bottle says it doesn't use artificial color or synthetic fragrance, but I don't think that really gives any helpful information. The Fragrance has an asterisk next to it, with a comment that it's made of natural ingredients (not saying what they are??) 05 Dec2025 :This is an update of a review I wrote years ago. I took two stars off, because the last time I bought this was in May 2024.. And then it suddenly went missing months after, and now it's shown up again recently. It was $7.99 back then, and now it's $28.99 for the same 16.9 oz bottle! I loved this product, but I can't in good faith buy a 3.6x mark up, and that can't be all from tarrifs!

Great product

Purchased for my 18 year old, he loves it. I love the natural ingredients and essential oils. Washed my hands with them to get a feel,!and my skin felt amazing after. Not much for lather, but natural ingredients rarely lather up much.

I really like this product. The scent isn't overwhelming, however, it's not terribly long lasting. So, if you apply this looking for that special someone, do it quickly (like within the first hour of application). Don't shower and then wait for 8 hours before you decide to go out and woo that special person. No, you go out immediately, with a sense of purpose. You will smell like you were delivered from the Gods of personal hygiene. I personally love the pepper smell. Not horribly expensive either so I have to give it thumbs up.

I was disappointed that there was minimal scent of the lemon and orange (as advertised). Could not even smell any scent after shower :(

Good natural soap, but the liquid soap gets finished very fast so it's better to buy bar soap which lasts longer
