This product was assembled quickly and has been working great so far. There's a lot of convenient features that I look forward to using. There were some set backs when ordering the assembly itself, which is why I only gave 4 stars. However, I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly.

Asurion DELIVERS!
I purchased an electric bike through Amazon for $1800, I had multiple problems with it from the beginning. It ended up I had to take my bike to a shop to do all the repairs only to find melted wires inside the bike. There was little to no help from Yamee, the brand & manufacturer. After paying for the bike repairman for his services it was determined this was a total loss. Asurion issued a reimbursement check for the full amount last week. Asurion backed up their marketing claims with real action. I'm a happy customer who will use Asurion again and I'd gladly steer anybody their way for insurance protection. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

if you buy a plan from Asorion TRIPPLE VERIFY ITS SET UP CORRECTLY!
About 2 weeks after the initial purchase I decided to get a 2 year plan for a $1600 electric bike. I followed the instructions to register my product and every indication lead me to believe that the plan was set up correctly and I wouldn't have to worry about it for 2 years. However later I decided to log in online and check the details of the plan. Every link that says check account details, or look at plans leads you straight into filing as claim, no where do they have a place you can log in and view your plans. So I waisted 30 mins in online chat trying to verify my plan was set up correctly and then the chat disconnected. So I tried again and 30 mins after that the rep indicated that my plan WAS NOT set up correctly, I had to feed all the info to the rep so they could continue setting up my plan for me. After that I asked how I can verify my other plans because now I'm wondering about all my other plans and I got disconnected again! I'm not wasting my time on this any more, JUST KNOW THAT YOU HAVE NO WAY TO LOOK AT YOUR PLANS ONLINE TO VERIFY ANYTHING, AND THE CHAT SUPPORT IS UNRELIABLE, THEY GIVE YOU NO WAY TO VERIFY YOUR PLAN IS SET UP CORRECLTY. HOW WOULD IT BE IF 18 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE AND YOU HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM AND THEY ARE LIKE "WHAT PRODUCT?" "YOU NEVER REGISTERED IT!"

I have purchased Asurion protection plans for other products and have had to occassionally submit a claim. My claim was handled quickly, efficiently, and politely. People may mistrust these plans as gimmicks, but from my experience, Asurion has come through with flying colors every time. That is why I did not hesitate to add the plan to the purchase of my new Norditrack S22i exercise equipment. Better to be safe than sorry.

Very HARD to file straightforward claims
I cannot recommend this insurance I purchased I purchased it for a brand new fat tire ebike as as it was a pricey item. Bike worked great until one day on the trail 1 of my brakes failed. The spectacular model of bike is very heavy heavy and there are a lot of hills in slippery sections on the trail it was very dangerous Bruce thankfully thankfully there was A reputable local bike shop right off the trail that was able to fix my break on the spot. So I didn't have To ride back home in the dark the dark with one partially working brake. I submitted my receipt through the Asurion description of all of the of the dates times places receipts. I am now up to near dozens of emails back-and-forth where I'm getting request for the same information over and over again. This feels like an intentional scam to try to wear people down to just give up which I won't. The sales jargon certainly want you to believe this is an easy transaction it is a part time job save your money.
