We make homemade pizza almost every week, but cornmeal hasn't worked well consistently. Since picking up this Semolina, I haven't had a pie stick to my peel.

I use this course semolina on the base of the pan or stone when baking artisan breads, baguettes, and homemade pizza. It was exactly what I was looking for and has great flavor and crunch to up my bread game another notch. I much prefer this flour to using cornmeal.

My area is lacking in International Supermarkets other than Hispanic Markets and a couple Korean markets...so I end up ordering a lot of ingredients online. This was exactly what I was looking for and it was shipped quickly and packaged so that it was not damaged in transit.

We bought this to use with our outdoor pizza oven. We were having trouble moving the pizza into the oven. Someone suggested putting coarse semolina under the pizza on the board before sliding it into the oven. Worked perfectly & we were delighted with the product!

I love to make Grissnockerln They are delicious. You can use them in soup or roll them in plain Breadcrumbs, Cinnamon and powdered sugar and fry in butter

The product is good, but the price is outrageous after I found out the same product and the same brand at a store nearby for $2.50 instead of $15.00 per bag that I paid on amazon. I find this outrageous. I am very disappointed.
