Works wonders for a hot summer walks my dogs loves wearing his cooling bandana he looks forward to go on a walk without feeling overwhelmed by the heat. Excellent product highly recommended.

I took my pup on his first hike this week and he did really well with this cooling neck wrap. Summer time is rough for my Boston terrier because of the heat but this neck wrap probably doubled the time he could be outside. I don’t think it would stay cold for long in very hot weather but for this low 80s overcast day in the mountains, he was able to hike for about 2 hours with some breaks.It definitely helps to put it in the freezer for a while before using. The first time I used it, I didn’t do that, and so adding in at least 10 min in the freezer was a game changer. In our 2 hours of hiking i re-wet it 2 times.

Used 1st time. Wet it before putting on the dog, then wet it again during the walk. Wish it was thicker to retain cooling moisture. Also thought it contained beads that swell when wet, and as the beads gradually shrink they release cooling moisture.

Doesn’t stay cool for very long. I decided to soak it and put it in the freezer for about ten minutes and that seemed to help the cooling last longer.

I bought a small for my kitty. I understand it is made for dogs, so want going to fit the same. He cannot put his head down with it on. I believe because it’s the size for dogs. Nice idea, not good though. For one, I thought it was like the cooling blankets that are cool on their own. I had no idea you had to wet it. I could take a wash cloth, add Velcro and wet it and stick it in the fridge just as good as spend money on this! I don’t want wet clothes on my cat. It was way too cold after being in the fridge as you would expect, and don’t want that cold on him either! I had it out to dry for awhile. He came in and I tried it on him and he didn’t mind which is surprising. I realize that I could even put it in his back and wrap it around his tummy like a blanket or jacket. That would be a good idea! Anyways, no bell inside it like a customer said. I don’t know if it claims to, didn’t see that. As I felt it, I believe it’s just material, noting cooling about it. Just wet material. DIY in my opinion. Thank you! I love the idea. Just needs improvement. Cool without wetting and fridge use! That would be my suggestion!Unfortunately while waiting for it to dry, I forgot to return it in time for a refund.

This worked like a charm during the most recent heat wave. My dog found it comfortable and didn't try to take it off. Super easy to use, fits great.

I live in Las Vegas, where temperatures have reached 117°F, I recently discovered an organization that helps people experiencing homelessness care for their dogs.These cooling bandanas were on the organizations Amazon Wish List, so I purchased five and had them shipped directly to the organization.I haven't used the product myself, so I can't comment on its long-term performance. However, it appears to be well made, and I hope these bandanas provide a little comfort and help keep some dogs cooler during the extreme summer heat.

My French bulldog gets extremely hot outside playing or on walks. This bandana will get cold in no joke 5 minutes and be perfect for 3 hours. I even put it on her when we traveled on a plane and it kept her calm and cool the entire time

A must have for hot summer days. We bought this for boating excursions, and it’s awesome we could just take it off, dunk it in the lake and it will chill right back down again!

Purchased this for my little Chipoo for the hot summers. It is now the second summer I am using it. Keeps him perfectly cool all day when we are out, as long as I soak it every once in awhile. Found that a cooling vest was too much for him as he would end up shivering. But this little bandana is perfect. Actually have used it so much that the velcro is starting to wear out. Will be getting a new one for next summer.
