Heard to inflate the balloons, comes with the nunber balloons,, strings and heart/star shaped balloons. They do smell a little funny tho

I went to party city and paid for them to be blown up & a few were defected

Cheap but you get what you pay for
Very hard to use took me 3 hours to figure these balloons out . Finally I called my neighbor to help me with this. The big balloons are easy to inflate but the small balloons are difficult to inflate . The straw did not come with this balloon set. I improvised with another straw . I had a air ballon pump machine that helped me. I would not buy this again.
