I absolutely love these inserts and replace them roughly every 6 to 8 months. I work on my feet for 8 hours a day, which involves significant walking, squatting, pulling pallets, and climbing ladders. While my New Balance shoes are great, I noticed that over time, my knees, heels, arches, and sciatica would flare up. These inserts have been a true lifesaver. I use them in all my sneakers, and they've honestly relieved all the associated pain. My feet and legs no longer feel fatigued the way they used to. Before discovering these, I used to struggle to walk after waking up from an overnight shift nap due to severe pain from my feet to my lower back. These inserts solved that problem entirely. They are definitely worth the money, but keep an eye out—they go on sale once or twice a year for around $40. If they work for you, I recommend grabbing a couple of pairs. Quality : Great! Size: if you wear women's shoes you may have to trim a little. I wear men's new balance shoes size 8.5 wide width so they fit perfectly. Thickness: hard shell underneath and padding on top. Does it's job! May take a few days to get used to but you don't notice after a bit.

I’ve been struggling with painful, degenerative mid-foot arthritis (too many hours standing in concrete floors, teaching!). I had a pair of custom orthotics made, at the exorbitant fee of over $500.00, which Medicare will not cover. My brother, in his mid-70’s, used SuperFeet based upon the recommendation of his podiatrist. My brother openly shared that information and I made the decision to try them. I have found they are just as supportive as custom orthotics for fallen arches. I even have a spare pair in my slippers. Great purchase and they fit perfectly. I’m a 9.5, regular width. Perfect fit,comfortable, pain relief for flat feet. I put them in a pair of cross training sneakers and they are a perfect shock absorber .

Super feet is a very good product and I no longer have lower back and hip pain. I put them in my gym shoe. I did not feel much of a difference but I have noticed my back and hip problems are no longer there. I was taking 3 motrins sometimes 2x daily. I have not taken any since I started wearing these suport insoles. Love the color and I did not have to trim much off.

I have worn Superfeet for years. They fit my feet, give arch support, and help my back stay in alignment. Many chiropractors recommend them.

Giving 5 stars even though I had to return this item. I require a higher arch support. These are great insoles and fit multiple shoes, without trimming, as I tried them in new balance, ryka and white mountain shoes. The arch support is sufficient for someone who has a normal arch. My foot arch is on the higher side

Highly recommend these insoles if you have issues with your feet or are on your feet a lot. This is the 2nd pair I've bought because they're so good at providing foot relief.

Best orthodox I've ever used. Dr said wear for one hour and gradually increase time. Well done to no fault of my own I wore them for four hours. I didn't have any pain. Must buy product.

Bonnes semelles, que j'ai mis à la place de celles d'origines de mes Brooks Glycerin (pour courir). De bonnes sensations, je me sens bien dedans et mes orteils ne me font plus mal. Je recommande !
