L'Occitane Immortelle Precious Gentle Face Cleansing Foam, 5.1 fl. oz.

I'm a big fan of the L'Occitane Immortelle product line. I just recently tried this cleansing foam and am just as impressed with it as I expected to be. Normally, I have to use a face cleansing cloth and then wash with a cleanser and water to really remove all of my makeup (foundation is especially problematic and always seems to be left on my skin and comes off on towels when I dry). This cleanser felt gentle, but was amazingly good at removing all of my makeup. My skin actually glowed after using this and the flushed, healthy look remained in the morning before washing again. At first I was using three pumps, because I thought the foam would just diminish as I pressed it against my skin, but I realized that was wasting it and found I could use a single pump to clean my skin thoroughly. I have all around problematic skin.. oily and dry (this sounds contradictory, but people who have combo skin know what I'm dealing with). My skin feels moisturized and healthy after washing with this, without at all feeling like anything is left on my skin. Other moisturizing cleaners I've used in the past left a residue on my skin and definitely didn't remove all of my makeup. I normally get a few breakouts and have clogged pores, but my skin looks perfect after regularly using this. It's a bit more expensive than drugstore brands, but what you spend on this you'll save in not having to buy extra moisturizers, masks, acne meds, etc. Healthy skin shouldn't just be a luxury, especially if having bad skin stresses you out, so I definitely recommend getting a good cleaner. I've tried everything under the sun, drugstore and high end and this is the best!

Great stuff -- I'm VERY impressed. I'm mid 50s and live in the Southern Arizonan Sonoran Desert. We have mostly clear, dry weather with a short Monsoon Season during the Summer months. This works great is the slightly more humid weather during Monsoon Season, as well as the dryer season the remainder of the year. It's gentle, yet very effective - including removing eye makeup. It's pretty much everything you could want in a cleanser -- and refillable! Love that. Would easily recommend this cleanser -- it's a winner.

I just love this cleansing foam. My husband had given it to me as part of a set (birthday gift!) a couple years ago; when I ran out I used other cleansers and never liked one as much as this, so I decided to buy it again -- and I'm not disappointed. I like the foaminess, it's very soft as you use it, and I like the smell. And it leaves my skin clean and soft but not slippery like some other cleansers that eave residue.

It is not cheap, but it lasts long. I like it.

I think this face cleanser is a really good product, but I absolutely hate the smell. It smells like carnations, the flower, with a acrid, almost moldy smell. I still gave this 5 stars, as it works very well and leaves my face feeling moisturized. I wish they would change the fragrance to something other than what it is. The rest of the products smell the same way and I will not order more of this due to the smell.

I used this every morning before shaving. It really gets the oil off my face. But unlike soap, my skin is does not feel dry. I've been using this for 10 years. One bottle lasts me about 5-6 months.

I am hooked on this brand now. I bought a smaller kit that had travel sizes of some of the profits and knew I needed to get the large size and I did. This product is a light foam looks like whip cream, smells wonderful and super duper cleans well with no left over residue.

I wash my face with this cleansing foam, for my particular skin type I have normal to oily skin, and it feels like it purifies my skin clean and deep down. I use a scrubby for the face with the foam. I back up the process with the cream for the face and eyes. These products turn your skin into smooth silk. It is wonderful and you feel younger when you face feels and looks great.
